We look at how your system has been coping, adapting, or protecting you, and begin to understand the deeper patterns behind your thoughts and emotions, behaviors, relationships, physical symptoms, and life story.
My approach is grounded in advanced neuroscience and informed by models like the Research Domain Criteria (RDoC) developed by the National Institute of Mental Health. This framework moves beyond rigid labels and allows us to explore how brain function, behavior, and emotional processing interact in real time. It gives us a fuller, more accurate picture of your experience.
By the end of our session, you’ll have greater clarity about what is happening beneath the surface. We will begin to map a plan that is thoughtful, individualized, and aligned with what you truly need.
